She gave me the impression that I would enjoy living here, too, and I have to say that so far she is absolutely correct. Learning for instance, that I was partial to the occasional Vanilla Slice, she directed me to a local bakery, which, she maintains, produces the best V.S. in Australia. (She may well be right. There are just a few more bakeries across this continent with which I must firstly compare the local fare before passing judgement). Buying a home can be an overwhelming proposition. Ever so discreetly Elouise reminded me of key dates when money had to be transferred, which reinforced the feeling that my interests were her own. Elouise clearly loves her work, meeting new people and sharing her pride with them in the neighbourhood she has chosen as her own. For finding you the home of your dreams I cannot recommend this lady highly enough.

While the agent is always on the side of the vendor, as the buyer in this instance, I found Elouise to be very approachable and genuinely passionate about the property and the end result of the sale. I also found Elouise helpful and knowledgeable with specifics about the property and quick to answer questions or to obtain answers to those she was uncertain about. And there were quite a few.
