We found Elsie to be nothing but the most professional and extremely good at her job. Elsie also managed to get our house sold promptly and made it almost feel effortless which I’m sure it wasn’t for her. I’ve sold a house before and wish I had used her for that one too.
Troughout the purchase of our home Elsie was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Since day one we called her to enquire about the property we got a welcome voice and she was quick to respond with any questions we had. As first home buyer, this was pleasing experience. Thanks Elsie

Elsie was extremely professional and knowledgeable from the start. She was very accurate in her assessment of our property and and suggested areas of attention required if we wanted the best result. She was consistently available to contact and provided advice in every step of the process. We have sold our home for a very good price and I would recommend Elsie to anyone who is looking to sell their home.
Elsie exceeded all of our expectations and made the entire selling process a breeze! Elsie was our number one pick for a selling agent and she did not disappoint! Elsie was not only diligent, considerate, honest and determined to sell, but her communication with us was exceptional! Elsie kept us updated throughout, including pricing and listing recommendations, sharing her knowledge of comparative properties, advice related to marketing and providing open-home feedback, leading to the successful sale of our property, well above our financial expectations. If you are looking to sell or considering selling, look no further! We have never had an agent work as hard for us as Elsie, she is absolutely worth her weight in gold!
Knowlege: Elsie answered all our questions re both the local area and the house, she had obviously studied the property in fine details. Communication: very friendly, easy to talk to, no pressure to buy. Always responded to texts promptly post writing up a contract. All the above makes Elsie a very professional real estate agent and we would recommend her to anyone.
Elsie was happy and informative throughout the process and ensured a smooth transaction. A realistic, achievable, price was set which resulted in a quick sale. We are very happy with the whole experience and would recommend Elsie to anyone buying or selling.
As a client, we have extremely high expectations, working in a project management capacity for a commercial company, time, people and money are what drives quality and product. All of the above, were not only targeted, but exceeded in our experiences. 10/10, never had to follow up, always very prompt and informative. Proactive in information and updates. We had never used Elsie, and being an international client could not recommend highly enough. Well done, would highly recommend.
