We attended a Sunday home open Elsie was showing and this particular home didn't suit our needs, Elsie then asked a few questions clarifying what we were looking for and invited us to another home open she was showing only minutes away. We attended the next open and again this home wasn't suitable. The next day Monday, Elsie called and said she had found a house we would love, initially I was thinking it was a good "sales follow up call", so Elsie arranged a viewing time the following day (Tuesday) and Elsie's description over the phone, was very accurate, we made an offer on the home same day and are looking forward to moving in. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who took the time to establish what we were looking for and acted quickly.
