Elsie kept us well informed on the progress with potential buyers. I thought it odd that we never got to meet Elsie in person as all contact was via email or phone. We kept getting emails on houses for sale which was of no interest to us at all. I got the impression that we were being groomed to reduce our price rather than obtaining a sale at an acceptable price to us. Regular reports were appreciated but It was not necessary to include all of the previous reports
