We believe that Elsie has a very good understanding of the real-estate market in the area and is extremely good with her communication skills, however, we are disappointed with the final resultant price obtained, we feel that with a little more effort by Elsie we could have resulted in a better outcome. We know that the final acceptance was our decision but feel that Elsie could have advised us a much better, because after all we thought that she would have been working towards our best interest and not the buyers.
Elsie's knowledge and expertise and definitely are her strong points, and this quick sale is a testament to the skills that she brings to her job. I must commend her on the constant/daily updates and feedback that I have received.
