Elsie took over our property after we had it with a different agent for nearly 4 months, had only one person through in that entire time. In what is a difficult market Elsie had everything ready to go as soon as she had the listing, marketing, photos and she had even taken it upon herself to contact our tenant to make arrangements for home opens. She had our house sold in less then 3 weeks from when she took over the listing. Couldn't recommend her more to get the ultimate goal done in a short time. As we are also trying to sell from interstate, her communication and knowledge is second to none. I just wished we had used her services from day one!
