Elsie took over our property after we had it with a different agent for nearly 4 months, had only one person through in that entire time. In what is a difficult market Elsie had everything ready to go as soon as she had the listing, marketing, photos and she had even taken it upon herself to contact our tenant to make arrangements for home opens.
