Elsie did what was required and our house was sold for a price we were content with. Overall it was a positive experience and we do thank Elsie for her work. Unfortunately the price she appraised our house at was overpriced and then to get people interested we did have to drop it by a large amount so we do wonder if we should have started with a price in between to get a slightly better outcome, however we do understand that the buyers do control the price. The other “negative” is the communication around our sold date and then settlement. While we are not sure who has failed to pass on messages this did create a rather frustrating and unknown week of unnecessary waiting. We are happy with the work Elsie has done but after sharing our experiences with other people who have recently sold with other agents their experiences were a little smoother.

Having Elsie as our agent gave us the confidence to know that our home would not be on the market for very long. From start to finish was less than 2 months and she was very thorough at keeping us informed throughout the whole process. If you want your home sold, them I recommend Elsie.
