Rather dissapointed with final result

We believe that Elsie has a very good understanding of the real-estate market in the area and is extremely good with her communication skills, however, we are disappointed with the final resultant price obtained, we feel that with a little more effort by Elsie we could have resulted in a better outcome. We know that the final acceptance was our decision but feel that Elsie could have advised us a much better, because after all we thought that she would have been working towards our best interest and not the buyers.
