Pre-purchase - Elvis was very professional & friendly, he is very pleasant to talk to and was informative and always answered all our questions - even respected our wishes when we said please do not call us pre-auction Post Purchases - we had 3 inspections of the property negotiated and he was always very punctual for each of these appointments - infarct he was always there 5-10 minutes prior to the appointment time. he yet again followed up and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Elvis is an agent we would most certainly work with in the future.
