Before putting our house on the market, we interviewed 3 agents. It was clear Emil knew our area well, and had sold countless properties like ours. We signed all the papers and THEN the dreaded virus appeared. We knew it could take a lot longer to sell, and the price could plummet. The property sold so quickly to a builder and will settle quickly so we never had the opportunity of a longer sale period to really engage Emil's wider talents. We were happy with the sale price which was at the lower end of the scale but in line with what Emil originally said would be quoted by a builder. The back up from the Jellis Craig other support staff was very efficient.
