2 Houses sold within weeks of listing them. The use of Social Media is a definite bonus in getting your listing out to people who might not have thought they wanted to buy your house. It gives you a much larger audience than just listing the property on RealEstate.com etc as people put the suburb they want to buy in, where as using social media you can sell the property directly to the audience not the suburb. Emil and his team work tirelessly to achieve a quick and satisfactory sale price for everyone. Very happy with the way that the whole thing was handled.
