Honestly, my experiences with real estate agents has been quite negative until I dealt with Belle Property with our rental and most recently Emilee as she managed the purchase of our first home. The whole process was as stress free as it could have been and this was down to Emilee. What was impressive about Emilee was her honesty and integrity. Within the bidding/silent auction process. Emilee managed our expectations and communicated how she operated. There were no discrepancies with this and we were not met with any nasty surprises. Naturally, agents prioritise the seller but I felt that Emilee also has the interests of her buyers which is super important. When purchasing your first home, I couldn't recommend anyone more than Emilee. Also the quality and value of the properties that Belle takes on is of a much higher quality.
