To Whom It May Concern, When I first met Emilia she gave me the sense of trust which is important , the property I initially attended wasn't really what I was looking for . I explained my needs and requirements , she understood precisely what I was looking for ! I remember she contacted not long after our discussion and told me she found what I was looking for ? She was 100% on the money , budget and requirements I never looked else where , come auction day I felt at ease knowing that I would purchase it and I did im extremely content with her understanding and also had my interest in mind I was totally satisfied with her professional approach and undersatndings of my needs and requirements brilliant 10/10
