I just wanted to extend our gratitude to Emilie, Ally and the team at Harcourts. Buying a property is stressful enough however buying one when you are living interstate is another. They not only made it a stress free experience but always kept me in the loop (even with the constant barrage of emails and calls - sorry) They allowed me to view the house via FaceTime (being interstate doesn't allow constant travel back and forth) to get an initial grasp on the home and the area. They were honest with what we could buy with our budget and this showed through at the auction with the price falling right into that bracket.
