As buyer, I had a number of issues that I needed information on on several occasions, and she was always responsive with the information or getting it from the vendor. I also needed permission for the Granny Flat builder to come onto the property three times - Emily was very agreeable to making that happen to suit the builder's time frame, and came to the property to be on site on each occasion. It made a huge difference to the fast tracking of my Granny Flat building plans.
