I've purchased a lot of property in Sydney and country NSW over the years and it's rare in my experience, to find an agent that works as hard for the purchaser and they do for the vendor. My partner and I had the pleasure of first meeting Emily about six months before we found the apartment we've just purchased. She was constantly on the look out for properties that might be suitable for our needs, several of which were not with her company and for which she may not have received commission were we successful. That spirit of generosity and a commitment to caring for her customers goes beyond the pale. Eventually we found a property that was being marketed through Bresic Whitney and Emily went out of her way to answer every question and concern we had about the property. She was instrumental in helping us negotiate a price that was acceptable to the vendor and all parties were happy. I cannot recommend Emily more highly and as a result, I rate Bresic Whitney equally well. The little gift to congratulate our purchase was a delightful touch. Unlike many other Agents; Emily kept in contact with us and presented another property to us that was an off the market listing. Although Emily was acting for the vendor, we appreciated Emily's open and honest communication style.
