She has the right balance of personable, honest and professional. She is a great listener and problem solver who cooly accommodates any change of course or reaffirms practical advice if its needed (e.g. when the naive client insists, they will style AND paint the entire place themselves, or change the wall paint colour at the last minute!) She has an incredible team of contractors to prepare the property for sale who share her high work standards. All very reasonably priced.
