My wife and i met Emily at our first open inspection in Monbulk and ended up buying one of the first houses we inspected .Emily was very accommodating and generous with her time .She spent an hour and a half with us on our first private inspection for the property and three and a half hours more later while getting our building and pest inspection done.Very helpful and very knowledgeable of the area .her advise and support are at least in part the reason we bought our new home so soon after we started looking.
