The process of selling our townhouse took a long time due to the slow market conditions in Victor Harbor but the service provided by Heidi and Emily was outstanding.

Elders and Emily were chosen for the sale of the house because Elders had sold us the house and thus had knowledge of the property. Emily undertook the sale of the house from setting a realistic and achievable price for the house in the street to the final hand over of the property to the new owners in a competent and responsive manor. All communications between us and the buyers were handled professionally. The data base of Elders clients was successfully used to find the buyer.
