Extremely responsive, open and clear

Emily made a special effort to open the property to suit our needs. She was clear with description of the property and also situational issues (good and bad) related to things such as council regulations etc. She provided additional information on request although not obliged to do so. She had a good relationship with the owners and was able to secure rapid feedback and eventually an agreed offer with some unusual conditions. Overall an excellent experience.
