We used the services of Emily and Laguna Real Estate to sell an investment property in Gympie, QLD. It was helpful that Laguna were the managing agents of the property so this made arranging inspections etc a lot easier. Emily was extremely professional in her approach with excellent knowledge of the Gympie market. We were able to work with Emily to determine the correct price point for the property and then Emily put in place the marketing strategy for the property. This strategy was very professional coupling high quality photos, print media and open house days. In the end, Emily was able to negotiate a price somewhat higher than we had expected for the property considering Gympie is a relatively slow market and our property was in a highly competitive segment of the market.
