Emily Ranieri

My contact with Emily has been via email, but she has been prompt in responding to any and all communications. She has supported Rocco, agency principal, in communicating with the vendor and the vendor's solicitor. She was able to assist in arranging an extra inspection of my property with the tenants at a time suitable to all parties. A pleasure to deal with professionals like Emily.

Emily was wonderful to deal with throughout the purchase of our property. She assisted Rocco throughout the process and was always friendly, professional and quick to respond whenever we had a question. Her communication and organisation made everything run smoothly, and we really appreciated how helpful and approachable she was from beginning to end. It was a pleasure dealing with Emily and we would happily recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

Emily had a plan for advertising and improvements for the unit, which i agreed to. Even though tenants made progress difficult, Emily remained dedicated & patient for the work to be completed. There was interest for the 1st inspection & she kept communicating to get an offer. With an offer, she negotiated a much higher amount & contract signed quickly. A shorter settlement was agreed to which i wanted. Highly recommend the firm and Emily for selling property.

Having sold a few properties with Emily I knew it’d smooth but Emily smashed expectations with a quick, no fuss result. In such a difficult market I was really pleased with how she got the best value. Thanks again Emily!

Emily has been a delight to do business with over the years, her quick and clear communications make organising and executing plans that much eaiser and enjoyable. Emily is a professional who i would highly recommend to anyone wanting get involved with property.

Emily was both diligent and polite, always prompt with responses to my questions. My property sold within a week.
