I had heard that Emily & Brittny were pretty good but it wasn't until everything was thrown against them, that didn't deter them and I really believed they were good. Just after my property was listed, Melbourne went into another COVID lockdown. They couldn't even show interested parties through. So they had a video walk through made for prospective clients as an alternative to actually being there. Then there was a second round of cladding replacement scheduled without notice by the Body Corporate. The bulk of the cladding (you know the VIC Government requirement to replace potentially combustible cladding) had been replaced the year before. But within 1 day they apartment building was covered with scaffolding. But this didn't deter them. They pushed through as if nothing had happened. In fact none of the potential buyers even worried about it due to the skill of Emily & Brittny. I live in QLD and I was so confident that after all this I had chosen the right people to sell it on my behalf. Did they get the price I was looking for, unfortunately no but it was the market not the agents. You know you've chosen the right agent when the going gets so tough and they never give up.
