Fabulous communicator

I reached out to Emily through local agent finder when we decided to sell out property. Having never sold a property previously, Emily and Britt were both great at talking me through the process and giving me a really great overview of the market. I spoke with several agents before deciding to work with Emily and Britt. They are great communicators, easy to speak to and had sold many apartments in our suburb and complex specifically. They understood some of the specific details of our complex. They were able to get the property on the market quickly and were speaking to me after each open. Once they received an offer, they were able to negotiate with the buyer or get a price they knew we would be happy to accept. I cant say thank enough for making this a fast and painless process I couldnt recommned Emily and Britt more highly.
