Emily performed well and I believe as the market turned, she tried that little bit harder . Her original estimate was overstated in the order of 15% , but I did not place reliance on that estimate. My only other comment is that in the very first little part of the sales programme her knowledge of the Unit was slightly lacking. Overall though i would recommend Emily. She was professional , courteous, timely, hard working and kept me abreast of all matters. Her counsel was credible and considered.
