Emily took us through a recent purchase of a unit and I can honestly say that without her help, it would have been a lot more of a struggle. Throughout the process she was professional yet friendly and never overly pushy (and this was at a time when properties were selling fast). Emily also recommended places we should look for a mortgage. I have to say that I am always cautious of this, but her recommendations were the best rates we had, in the quickest time, and unlike others I have dealt with in the past, I actually feel that these were genuine recommendations and not looking for commissions from agents.
