We were totally new to this. At our first consultation, she gave us honest information of what to expect in the current market and went through thoroughly of the entire selling process and cost. She’s extremely patient, and very knowledgeable from suggesting strategies to maximise the chance of right people to view the property, to improve the house to make the property more marketable, down to explaining how weekly online report works and how to look at the statistics. She’s responsive she gave us timely feedback after each inspection and regular phone calls letting us know the updates of some potential buyers. She’s very approachable ever since the first time we met, I feel I can ask her anything and express any concern I have. We felt she truly had our best interest at heart.
