Emily Witt

Emily was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She made the sale of our home completely stress free and was able to secure a fantastic off market result for us. Her communication, professionalism and genuine care gave us so much confidence, particularly knowing that the sale of our home was in the best hands. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Emily to anyone looking to sell their home!

Emily took on the sale of our house and did an amazing job. Through the start of the war, higher interest rates, and the changes to negative gearing, she kept us well informed and updated our strategy to reflect the market. She also managed our tenant in the house through the transition. Ultimately, we were very happy with the sale, getting more than what the major listing services thought our property was worth. We would use her again anytime, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent!

Emily was always lovely and approachable, was prompt to respond to any communication and kept us abreast of all developments throughout the buying process. Despite being employed by the seller, she always made efforts to ensure we had a positive experience in purchasing. She is well known in the Yass/bowning area and her local knowledge shines through.

Emily was responsive to my needs and provided adequate notice for open house. The photographs and online advertising were extremely professional and greatly assisted with the sale of the property within a short timeframe meeting my expectations.

Thank you so much Emily for your assistance! Emily’s communication skills and professionalism meant that from offer acceptance to exchange every step was effortless and we exchanged on time and every question answered. We look forward to settlement and being in our new home. But if we had to buy or sell in the future Emily would be the only agent we would go with.

I highly recommend Emily if you're looking for an agent who delivers outstanding results. From the moment we requested a property appraisal, Emily was prompt, professional, and diligent with her communication. Compared to the other agents we met with, she truly stood out, making our decision to appoint her an easy one. She provided a comprehensive marketing strategy alongside her valuation, and once everything was underway, the process was seamless. The professional photos were fantastic, and we were extremely happy with how our property was presented online. Just 24 hours after the listing went live, Emily contacted us to let us know the ad had already generated strong interest and recommended holding an open home within a few days. Her strategy paid off—our home sold after just three days on the market and for above the asking price. We couldn't be happier with the outcome or with Emily's communication, professionalism, and guidance throughout the entire process. We would happily recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property.
