Which is what we called Emma. We decided to sell our bed sit in McMahons Point last year and engaged Emma. The unit went on the market in September with close to zero interest. The market was falling and the buyers sat on their wallets. We had the dispiriting experience of holding opens where no one came. Emma never gave up. She was dogged and always optimistic. Then the breakthrough came in January with a buyer who liked the unit. Emma guided the sale to completion for a price we were happy with. She is a great agent!
