Professional, trustworthy and compassionate

This was my first home, which I bought during the initial COVID-19 lockdown, so the whole thing was entirely new and extra stressful. Yet, through the whole process, Emma communicated clearly, was readily available to answer questions, and was always so professional and compassionate. She always spoke so well of every one involved in the sale - the owners and the tenants - which made me confident she spoke of me well too. She worked so hard for each of us. From the day I met her and viewed this property, Emma went above and beyond what I expected, and I feel so grateful for that. I wish everyone could have such a transparent and trustworthy agent to work with.
