We honestly could not wish for anyone better to deal with while selling our house. Emma was on the ball with every hiccup (and there were a few) that came our way and did everything she could to make us feel at ease. She put in 100% effort always and we always felt at ease with her. Emma was always friendly and happy to help in whichever way she could. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home.
Emma know what the limits are and listened to our questions and had the knowledge to answer them and nothing has been to hard for her thank you Emma
Emma is a brilliant agent that I would highly recommend. She is easy to work with, knowledgeable and works hard to achieve results. Even after the sale, she went above and beyond to help me coordinate an interstate move.
Emma’s knowledge of the area and the villa was outstanding. She was always very professional and friendly. Emma was a delight to deal with. We would definitely recommend her to anyone.
As a first home buyer I had very little knowledge about the process, expectations or what to do. Emma's wealth of knowledge gave me confidence to make decisions. If I had any questions Emma was supportive and explained all of the details. I would recommend Emma for all your real estate needs.
After a life in estate agent, spending the last 30 years running high performing sales teams around Australia , we began dealings with Emma to facilitate a home purchase for our return to the Gold Coast. Having dealt with a few of the local agents, Emma was a complete standout. Emma's proactive communication was excellant , without being pushy. Emma was the consummate professional - courteous, helpful and respectful to both the vendor and purchaser. With her always friendly personality, Emma has been extremly honest and caring with all our dealings. After going through the experience of selling our own property interstate, we wish that Emma had been our agent with our own property sale. We wish Emma continued great success with her future career.
Ever since my initial contact in reguards to selling emma went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly leave it with me was all she said and then it was done. Highly recommend
