the price Emma got for my property sale exceeded expectations...again

The recent sale of my property was the second property sale Emma has managed for me and the result once again exceeded my expectations. This time around Emma suggested a change in strategy and we took the property to auction. It was a short sales campaign and Emma worked very hard to create significant buzz and atmosphere for the auction, it was very well attended and bidding was competitive. During the course of the campaign Emma liaised well and respectfully with my tenant. Emma is the expert on the North Beach/Waterman's property market and her sunny and positive disposition always shines through. I could not have wished for a better outcome, thanks again Emma
