I used Emma to sell my mum's house. From the beginning paperwork was straight forward and easy ( I hate forms). Once the process began Emma helped facilitate a stager and also a cleaner. I had to get the house painted and empty of my mum's stuff - Emma didn't put any pressure on me to get the house ready but worked with me to achieve a date to go to market with minimal stress for me. I was contacted a least once-twice per week through the whole process from initial meet and greet to the day of settlement. I was never left wondering if something had or hadn't been done. Emma was extremely proactive in getting prospective buyers through the house before the home open and also to the home open and I was over the moon with the final offer she was able to get me.
