Phenomenal

As a young female, I found that when I was looking at houses, most agents felt like I was wasting their time, or would direct questions and responses to my father instead, if I brought him along. Not Emma. A fresh breath of air in an overwhelming environment. I was treated with respect, supported when I didn’t understand something, and always made to feel that I could ask any question when my personal knowledge was lacking. Emma was open, honest and I found that she ultimately supported both the buyer and seller equally. She kept me up-to-date as we went through the process, took time to clarify when I was confused and was the most reliable person through the entire settlement. I cannot give high enough praise to Emma, who made what can been describe as an overwhelming process, feel like a breeze. If I ever sell my house, I will be contacting Emma again!
