We were looking to take advantage of the market and move on one of our rental properties. Emma had reached out to us prior and was very professional in her approach so we decided to go with her for the sale. Emma took all the hassle out of the transaction, organising the marketing package, allaying any fears the existing tenant may have had, running the open homes, etc. All in all, an excellent experience, and we would not hesitate to enlist her services again in the future.

Once we engaged Emma, our sales process was relatively smooth. Emma's advise on styling saved us $1000s and we were really happy with the marketing process. Emma has been brilliant. Yes it is a good market to sell, but we had discussed the sale with 4 different companies. Each had very different views and gave us the same story. It isn’t time to just do the same basic thing. Emma however had a plan. The process began as “Off Market”. The concept and how Emma explained it made sense. She was honest, knowledgeable and confident. We pretty quickly decided this was the way to go. We had a contract very quickly and achieved more than what we initially expected. This is also above expectations in a heated market. Throughout, contact was great, information always provided and a great experience right through to the end.
