Recent sale of our Redland Bay property

Emma has been brilliant. Yes it is a good market to sell, but we had discussed the sale with 4 different companies. Each had very different views and gave us the same story. It isn’t time to just do the same basic thing. Emma however had a plan. The process began as “Off Market”. The concept and how Emma explained it made sense. She was honest, knowledgeable and confident. We pretty quickly decided this was the way to go. We had a contract very quickly and achieved more than what we initially expected. This is also above expectations in a heated market. Throughout, contact was great, information always provided and a great experience right through to the end.
