Buying a house is easy- you don't get to choose the agent but selling a house is a whole different ball game. Over many years we have purchased a number of properties and only recently have we sold two in the same suburb. After selling the first we decided to use a different agent and Emma was recommended to us by a Financial Planner- interestingly not someone who had sold with her! From our first meeting to post settlement everything was above expectations. The devil is always in the details and Emma took ownership of all the details- from trades and cleaning to staging and selling. Emma was easy to communicate with and made sure there were no surprises. The icing on the cake for me was reading feedback from my Conveyancer to Emma calling out "her efficiency put her peers to share"- in summary, Emma exceeded my expectations.

It was a great pleasure having Emma as our agent. This was not our first time selling or buying a home but it was the first time we really felt the agent knew all the ins and outs of her business. She is always efficient and knowledgeable to address any concerns we had. Whenever there was an issue, she already had a solution to present. There was never any doubt she was acting in our best interests. Can't thank Emma enough for making this transaction so easy!
