Breath of fresh air!

Emma was just lovely through the whole process. She really made us feel comfortable with every conversation and never had the uptight vibe that can come with buying a house. She was down to earth and relatable, which made going to her with queries much easier. If she didn’t know the answer straight away, she was prompt to find one. We also really appreciated the little touches she added at settlement as well. It was obvious she actively listened when talking to her. Love her work!
