kept us informed continually on what was going on. negotiations did not come into effect as there was a lack of interest and we only had one offer.We had a minimum price which we were not going under and to rate on negotiation skills to get our price, we don't know what was involved. Market knowledge is limited to the area she works in (Highton/Belmont) but due to working as a team, can still manage other suburbs. I would highly recommend Emma . She seems to put a lot into her work.
