Asisting in the sale of a much loved family home after a bereavement can present many unique challenges. There are so many expectations and an extra duty of care when trying to create the very best opportunities for loved ones as they face the next stage of life. Emma and her collegues handled the entire process with enormous respect and empathy while proceeding with an uplifting level of positivity. They were mindful that every aspect of activity in the house was a significant evevnt and prepared us for an auction in a a very authetic manner. They were exceptionally supportive and transparent, walking us through every step.
