We highly recommend Emma if you intend selling your property. From the outset she understood and complied with our requests. More importantly, unlike previous agents, she didn't try and force us to spend unnecessary money on advertising, only what she deemed necessary. She looked after all the details, liaising with both a difficult property manager and difficult tenant, without complaint. She quickly found a buyer and negotiated in our favour rather than only concentrating on the sale for her benefit. Of all the real estate agents we've used in the past (5), she is by far the best in her demeanour, honesty and dexterity. 5 stars is not enough for this lady.
