Great communicator, highly professional, and an extremely hard worker

Emma has been exceptional in her professionalism, her communication and negotiation skills, and her tireless commitment to selling our property. She has an excellent knowledge of the local market (and the market in general). She is sincere, honest and always punctual; when she promises something, she delivers. Her (multiple) language skills are excellent, as are her negotiation abilities. It was clear to us that Emma had our best interests at heart, and we were amazed at the long hours she put in when required.
