My wife and I found the property Emma was selling on real estate website just one day before we were going to make an offer on another one. And the inspection was over at that time. We didn't expect another opportunity but my wife took a chance. Fortunately Emma arranged the inspection on the second day and we made the offer. Now it will be settled on this Friday!
