For reasons below, I do not subscribe to this website.
First - This website claims that agent reviews are 'verified' Consumers believe and trust this and therefore use this information to assist their decision of agent selection. Unfortunately, the review process involves entering any email address at the time of writing the review and confirming a code that was sent to that email address. Ie, any dishonest real estate agent (yes that's right) can submit their own reviews and can verify it themselves. This is in the website fine print; "Whilst it is not encouraged by this website, we feel agents would not be motivated to post their own reviews", and trust that they don't.
Second - Agents can pay for different levels of benefit and exposure, which, for a ratings platform should remain neutral to allow consumers to make an accurate decision solely based on data.
Third - For agents that don't subscribe and pay money to this website, they create our profile against our wishes and promote our direct local competitors on it.
