It had been 14 years since we had purchased a property so we were quite naïve about the process & unsure of what we actually wanted to buy. Emmanuel made me felt right at ease when I first met him. We dragged him around, on many occasions for months, looking at various properties and he always showed up on time and was happy to show us around. Emmanuel is polite and considerate and very effective and responsive agent both to buyer and seller. He is an excellent communicator (both as a "transmitter" and as a "receiver"). He offers advice when asked but isn't too pushy. This illustrates a good level of confidence in his own ability - which is well placed!
