An agent that is representing their client the seller is not someone who should try and side with the buyer or at least pretend to, very poorly. Although you got your seller the price they wanted and that means your good at your job I don't believe that means you've got integrity. Don't use the sellers parents as "handy mans" get a proper builder to carry out work because it's dodgy as all shit.
Emmy did a wonderful job with selling us our new property. She always answered or called back as soon as possible. Emmy organised inspections to suit our work schedules. We were extremely happy with her marketing of the property as the house looked just like the pictures she posted. We are extremely happy to have dealt with Emmy and the Coronis team. We were a bit disappointed to move into our new home and the house being very dirty and the oven and toilets not even cleaned and to have rubbish left in the yard by the previous owners.
Emmy as always came through with a result that was pleasing for us as vendors.Even in a depressed and cautious market Emmy still managed to achieve close to our initial asking price. Selling can sometimes be stressfull but when you engage someone with Emmies skillset this can be kept to a minimum. I would recommend Emmy to anyone who is considering buying or selling.
