When myself and husband first bought this house as an investment, Enza was the first agent who was able to get it tenanted after taking over from another Real Estate agent who failed miserably to find us a tenant. Communication and management cannot be faulted she's the lady to get things done, doesn't muck around which is what we liked about her... so when it came time to sell she organised everything, we got the best price possible and are very happy with the final outcome. Enza is amazing to deal with as she is friendly and she communicated well with me during the whole process of selling my house. Prior to selling, Enza was my property manager and again she was awesome. Nothing was a hassle for Enza to deal with and sort out for me.
