This was my very first time selling a property and Alex Wang was the perfect agent. He was very helpful and an excellent agent. I really appreciated his enthusiasm and professionalism. So thank you Alex for all your help and guidance. I will definitely come back to you when I start looking for a new house and will also recommend to others.

Always answered my calls and gave great advice…

Alex was able to help secure a quick sale off market as per instructions utilising his buyer network. Saved costs of going on Market and at a competitive rate.

Alex sold our property while the market was down. He appeared very understanding the market and made good plan for the sale. Alex kept communication open and was able to be in contact when I needed. Because of his professional approach, the property was sold without delay and the process was smoothly and les s stressful. I highly recommend Alex for property sales.

Mr Alex provided professional advice, assisted with renovating, and set the appropriate asking price. My apartment sold after only opening once, with offers surpassing my expectations.

Alex was always professional and honest. He had good communication and knowledge of the industry. Very happy we sold our house through Alex.

We would recommended Alex as a selling agent. He was great with communicating with us through out the process of selling our property and kept he us updated at all times.

A well-honed professional with skills and knowledge to make your property journey stress-free.

Alex did everything perfectly. He met me at the house multiple times and organised for tradesmen to help me get the house ready for sale as I was interstate. He sourced a staging agent and made the house look beautiful with great furniture, which added to the appeal for buyers. He was prompt with all communications and was available, 24/7

This is the second property Alex has sold for us in the last few months. His communication has been excellent and the result met our expectations. Alex is supported by a strong team that creates a smooth process.

We sold an apartment recently and Alex was instrumental in the sale of our property. His communication was excellent right from the introductory chat to the day the property was sold, he always had responses to the randomest of questions (cause this is the first property I am selling). He also recommended other services like solicitors, interior decoration, campaign management services, etc and they were all great to work with aswell! Highly recommend and will use his services again!

From listing to settlement, all went smoothly and professionally.
