This is the 7th home we have sold and by far the best experience to date. Dianne and Brendon have a very grounded and accomplished style. I had a friend do the stats on the best agent in Newport based on results only, and the higher value sales was achieved with Bell with only a marginal time burden. Statistics made my decision and Bell delivered to their strengths. We achieved a great sale result, and well within expected sale days based on the average in that category.
