Ercan and his team provide the ultimate service end to end when you are selling your property. Ercan and his team organised trades to spruce up our unit and recommended a awesome staging company . I cannot recommend Ercan highly enough and will definitely be using his services in the future .
Ercan’s profile in the area led us to seek him out as our agent and he didn’t disappoint. Extremely personable, knowledgeable and a great communicator, Ercan delivers on what he says he will do and has a reliable and professional team behind him. Thanks guys for a great result!
Ercan and his entire team at Erskineville Ray White are the best. Professional, knowledgeable about our area and so helpful throughout. Our house was sold within a month for the price we wanted. I highly recommend him and am very grateful.
Ercan was great, what you see is what you get. A guy full of energy and passion for the Inner west. He knows exactly when other properties are coming onto the market so his knowledge of when to sell is essential and exact . Personally I most enjoyed working with his team, this ranged from office staff, painters, cleaners, stylists, photographers and more. There was barely a day that didn't go by that you didn't hear from him or one of his team members with an update. We met Ercan many years ago when trying to buy a property that he managed. He left such an impression that 6 years later we contacted him to help sell our house. He was a great agent and I highly recommend him for anyone that wants to sell in the Inner west area .
Ercan and the team @ Ray White Erskineville were professional from beginning to end. We were impressed from our first meeting. We considered a number of agents, however when meeting with Ercan, we knew we were in good hands. Ercan’s insight, knowledge of the area and professionalism was reassuring. This was confirmed by their professional team; they kept us informed and communication was first class. We achieved over and above our expectation and delivered an outstanding result... It’s easy to see why they are ranked Number 1 - thank you!
Ercan has excellent local market knowledge and passion for Enmore and Newtown. He grew up in the area and knows the streets, local amenities and housing market intimately. He has a great database of prospective buyers, communicates well and works with clients on the the best strategy for them, changing course if needed as the campaign progresses. With a great team behind him, you'll be in good hands.
Ercan and the team kept us well informed throughout the process, they ran a great sales campaign and we are thrilled with the result they achieved for us. Thanks Ercan for your professionalism and communication throughout the process.
Ercan is a great operator. Very professional always kept the lines of communication open. everything moved like clockwork through the whole. If I lived in the Inner West still and was selling I wouldn't consider anyone else but him to sell the property. Good sense of humour too.
Ercan did an excellent job, we were updated every couple of days, the photos on the website were really great, good presentation. There was lot of interest and thanks to his hard work, we got a very good price for the property
Ercan and Brendan made the usually stressful process of selling, really smooth and seamless. They were the utmost professionals throughout the entire process and always kept us informed throughout the entire campaign. They got a really great result, particularly in the current real estate climate. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them both again.
Ercan and his team provided a professional approach to selling our beloved family home, it was an extremely emotional decision to sell a property that has been in our family for over 60 years. Strong communication, persistent updates and an energetic team provided us with a smooth sale ultimately achieving our reserve and expectations.
Ercan and Team did a great job in the sale of our house in Stanmore. We particularly enjoyed Ercan's thorough sales campaign strategy, transparency, communication, and enthusiasm. A true partnership experience, and great sales outcome.
